Cancellation Policy for Sedan/Van/SUV (Airport or Point to Point Service)

 

Sedan Service – 3hr cancellation notice is required or you will be charged the full trip charge. There is no charge for incoming commercial airline flight cancellation if the client calls to make other arrangements. We will wait for up to 30 minutes for client to deplane and collect luggage at no charge, thereafter it is $15 for every 15 minutes of wait time. For Vans and SUV it is $25 for every 15 minutes of wait time. We do allow a 15minute grace period on point-to-point service; thereafter it is $15 per 15 minutes of wait time, $25 in the VAN or SUV. Any additional stops on a point-to-point type service will require an additional charge. This however does not apply to hourly service.

All reservations require full payment at the time of booking. Services canceled 13 days or less will be responsible for the ENTIRE amount on all rentals. Cancellations must be done in writing and received before cutoff date.

 

You agree by signing this contract that you will be responsible for all damages caused by you or your party. You agree that damages and or overtime can be placed on credit card if provided on your contract. Sickness in or on the vehicle will result in an $150.00 charge per occasion. No exceptions. If the vehicle is beyond reasonable care inside, i.e. trash, heavy spillage in interior, this will result in a $100.00 clean-up charge. Broken glasses will result in $5 charge per glass. The driver will determine this.

 

The quote given is only an estimate based on the requested hours. Additional charges will apply based on additional time, damages etc. All of our charges are based on “hours”, not half hours or minutes. The credit card used for payment must be present at the time of service or a signed credit card authorization form must be on file. Once service is contracted, date and times of service cannot be changed. Only additional time can be added {if available} to original scheduled time. If the pickup point or final drop off point is not in the original stated area, time charges will be added.

 

Eating and smoking are not allowed in our vehicles. If smoking occurs during the run there is a $100.00 fee per occasion and run will be terminated and no refund will be given.

 

The chauffeur can refuse to drive to certain areas or to drive people who are not part of the original party. Insurance regulations will not allow more passengers than the stated seating. The amount of passengers that will fit into a vehicle will depend on the size of the guests and how close they sit; out stated capacity is what the manufacturers has rated it and what we are insured for. Some guests may want to choose a larger vehicle for comfort. No decorations or tape will be allowed on the vehicle. Our moon roofs are sealed for safety. Our vehicles are sophisticated and will not withstand abuse. Our vehicles are not rolling party houses. All cars do have air conditioning but A-1 Limo and Car Service cannot be held responsible for extreme heat over 94 degrees heat index. Only A-1 Limo and Car Service reserves the right to cancel. A-1 Limo and Car Service cannot be held responsible for items left in vehicle or for mechanical breakdowns but will refund unused time or supply another car if possible. If A-1 Limo and Car Service cancels it will refund all monies that were paid. The chauffeur will terminate service if any of the following or similar abuse occurs like drug use, or minors with alcohol. Excessive stereo volume, tampering with the vehicle, screaming, hanging out the window, throwing trash out of the window, insulting pedestrians or people in other vehicles, threats to the driver or against the limo (even in jest), climbing or sitting on the vehicle is not permitted. If service is terminated there will be no refund. The fact that the vehicle is paid in full does not mean you own the vehicle, or terms are abused. Jobs of 3 hours or more will include glasses, ice and water. No guns or knives are allowed at any time.

 

Alcohol is not allowed in the car if minors are present. No kegs of any kind are allowed, or jell-o shots, no exceptions. Drug use is not tolerated. Laws cannot be ignored. Our drivers will not put themselves or A-1 Limo and Car Service in legal jeopardy. Violation of the law will require police involvement.

 

All services, which involve un-chaperoned minors, will be subject to the following terms.
